Set in the heart of the UK, Bruntingthorpe is privately owned and boasts a range of facilities making it the ideal location for a wide range of activities limited only by your imagination.

Formerly used by the United States Airforce during the 50's and 60's as a heavy bomber base, since 1972 its high specification military infrastructure has been developed into a high performance test track for all types of vehicles.

The facility is extensively used by our customers for research and development, marketing, secure storage and film location work.

Central Location

Bruntingthorpe is conveniently located near to Junction 20 of the M1 and nearby Leicester, Coventry and Birmingham within the rollings fields of rural Leicestershire.

Birmingham International Airport is located just 45 minutes away by road to the west of Bruntingthorpe and East Midlands Airport 30 minutes to the north. Mainline railway stations are within 20 minutes at both Leicester and Rugby.

A Unique Facility

Covering a total area of 650 acres (264 hectares), with over 250 acres (101 hectares) of hard standing, with a unique 60 metre wide 2 mile (3.22km) long straight.

Various alternative looped circuits can also be made available, from the largest 4.2 mile (6.75km) to the smallest 0.9 mile (1.44km) up to 60 metres wide.

Static open air displays can easily be accomodated at various locations throughout the facility.

An aircraft hangar incorporating a covered area 97.53 metres x 48.75 metres clear span of 13.10 metres high, this can be used for a wide variety of purposes. Included within this adaptable facility we have provided heated workshops, conference rooms, a canteen and toilets.

The whole facility is surrounded by high level security fencing, fully guarded by our own trained staff both night and day ensuring a safe and secure environment for whatever purpose you have in mind.

A comprehensive range of on-site facilities includes the provision of a hospitality suite and extensive workshops. On-site secure storage for thousands of cars, trailers and hundreds of aircraft can easily be accomodated, with access provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
