Inspection Services

We ensure nothing gets missed.

Vehicle inspections are a major part of our work here at B.I.A.S. We want to ensure your car is stored and delivered in the best possible condition. We have a comprehensive range of facilities available to support the preparation of accurate inspection reports for both body and mechanical refurbishment.

Our arrivals area and inspection terminals feature 800 lux lighting, industrial wash facilities and a series of ramps, to ensure we can meet all individual client requirements. We take advantage of bespoke inspection software utilised on modern iPads, that can capture images and data seamlessly. The data is then immediately transmitted to our web-based management system to ensure vehicle condition reports and subsequent authorisations can occur real-time, ultimately supporting process improvements and preparation cycle times.

At B.I.A.S., our decision to use high-end iPads ensures we can support real-time inspection and data synchronisation, which provides us with the ability to have client specific templates for easier processing. Service history, mileage verification, loose item checks and underbody visual inspection are all completed during the inspection phase. All vehicles are subject to our automated tyre depth reader giving accurate tread depth data.

Our experienced team will operate our state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to support the fulfilment of our inspection services including, BVRLA standard and tailored services, real-time digital imagery, POD inspection, QC and GPRS enabled HHT units, ensuring we give you the best possible service.
