Q. How do I book an event with Bruntingthorpe?

You can either call our Big Thunder team on 0116 279 93129 or use the contact form to submit an initial enquiry.

Q. What should I do when I arrive on site?

You will need to tell the security staff at the entrance which event you are attending and they will direct you to the correct site location.

Q. Is there parking?

Yes, with a site as large as ours, there’s always room for parking!

Q. Can I get to the Bruntingthorpe site via public transport?

The two closest train stations are Rugby or Market Harborough. You will then have to take a 20-minute taxi journey to our site.

Q. What is the best route to get to the Bruntingthorpe site?

For the best directions to Bruntingthorpe, please visit our dedicated page: www.bruntingthorpeevents.com/about-us/directions

Q. Are there any local hotels nearby?

There are over 1000 rooms within 25-30 minutes of the site, with budgets to suit most people. Check out www.bruntingthorpeevents.com/about-us/accommodation to find out more. Many of these hotels will offer preferential rates to Bruntingthorpe visitors so please mention us when making a booking.

Q. Do you have on-site catering?

If you are attending the site for an event, then the likelihood is that the organiser will have organised refreshments for you during your stay on site. We will certainly have arranged it if it’s for a Big Thunder corporate hospitality event. Alternatively, we do have a café on site that is open from 7.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday.

Q. Is there a minimum number of people for Big Thunder corporate hospitality days?

We recommend a minimum of 10 people for our Big Thunder events, simply to keep costs as low as possible. The more people you invite, the cheaper it will become per person.

Q. Do you do individual driving experiences?

Unfortunately, we cannot support individual driver experiences. We specialise in group events for 10-100 people.

Q. What should I wear if attending a Big Thunder corporate driving day?

We would recommend casual clothes – jeans and a t-shirt are ideal. Comfortable footwear such as trainers is also recommended. Don’t worry though, we have full driving suits to wear and wet weather gear should the weather be inclement.

Q. Can we bring our dog to one of the public events?

Due to the health and safety issues associated with having animals on a site like our own, we're afraid that we only allow assistance dogs to be on site
