Experience a vintage-inspired thrill at Bruntingthorpe.

Designed to replicate the 1956 Lotus XI Le Mans car, the first Westfield two-seater sports car was built in 1982 by Chris Smith. One of the first car manufacturers to harness bike power, the vehicle has been finetuned over the years resulting in a spectacular sports car. Having now sold over 13,000 cars worldwide since 1983, the Westfield is a staple of high-quality British craftsmanship.

When you book onto the Westfields corporate track activity, you will be given more than just the opportunity to sit behind the wheel of a 1800cc Ford Zetec engine-powered Westfield. You will race it around our coned Autosprint course, specifically designed for these fascinating vehicles.

Weighing in at only 450kg, these cars accelerate rapidly, reaching 60mph in just over 4 seconds. Take to the course and we will record your lap times to figure out who is the fastest, most accurate driver – with penalties added for hitting the cones, of course! Beat your teammates and go home victorious.

If you’re interested in getting behind the wheel of a Westfield and want to incorporate the experience into a more varied schedule, get in touch and one of our friendly Big Thunder team will be happy to assist you.
