Notice of application for hazardous substances consent 

C Walton Ltd (a subsidiary of Cox Automotive UK Limited) is applying to Harborough District Council for Hazardous Substances Consent to store Liquefied Petroleum Gas at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground, Peatling Parva Road, Bruntingthorpe, Lutterworth, LE17 5QS. 

Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground Security Gatehouse during all reasonable hours until 18th June 2020 or alternatively view it online here: View Application

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Harborough District Council, The Symington Building, Adam and Eve Street, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 7AG by 18th June 2020 

Harborough District Council is the Hazardous Substances Authority and it will decide whether or not to grant consent, and if to grant, will decide on what conditions to include on the consent.
