Cox Automotive has extended its support package for Manheim Auction Services customers.

Customers buying vehicles via Manheim’s Simulcast virtual auction platform will now also receive its QuickList Imagery product free of charge. QuickList provides buyers with high quality digital images of stock bought, enabling dealers to advertise vehicles online effectively ahead of them physically receiving the vehicle.

Manheim has also confirmed that it will continue to waive Simulcast fees until further notice.

Additional support for buyers includes practical help for those less comfortable with using online auctions and help with leaving proxy bids.

Chief Customer Officer James Leese comments: “With dealerships now open again, we’ve decided there’s more we can do to help accelerate their return. By introducing key incentives and providing a variety of free products and services, we’re making it easier for our customers to buy stock online and accelerate how quickly they can get it on sale.

“These latest additions to our support package reflect the ongoing challenge dealers face in acquiring and retailing stock. Activity on our Simulcast auctions has been very positive over the last few weeks, with the majority of vehicles meeting their reserve price and conversion rates exceeding our expectations. Nevertheless, it’s the right thing to do to keep reviewing our support measures and building on them where we recognise there’s more we can do.
